Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your strong SQL query writing skills for in-depth data analysis. As a Data owner, you will need to understand the end-to-end journey from both business and data perspectives. It is essential to have an understanding of Mutual Funds and Equity Markets, focusing on the impact of upstream changes and effectively communicating downstream impacts. Your role will also involve creating Data Catalogues and writing API contracts in Swagger. Key Responsibilities: - Deal with multiple stakeholders across different geographies - Conduct business process re-engineering, analysis, user requirement gathering, and gap analysis - Perform data analysis and produce data mappings between various data and reporting platforms - Produce functional specifications documents (FSDs) and Solution Design Specifications in collaboration with architects and developers - Translate business requirements into technical resources to support the project - Drive decisions by progressing the analysis and closing open issues through discussions with stakeholders - Focus on delivery and results, with a strong customer awareness and business orientation - Demonstrate strong documentation skills of standard SDLC artefacts such as SRA/SDS - Have a fair idea of Agile methodology and familiarity with Stories requirements artefacts used in Agile - Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills - Ideally, have experience with e-Business, e-Commerce, and Internet technologies, adhering to best practices and industry standards - Ideally, have experience working with business modelling tools like UML and CASE tools such as EA and Rational Rose Qualifications Required: - Strong SQL query writing skills - Understanding of Mutual Funds and Equity Markets - Experience in business process re-engineering, analysis, user requirement gathering, and gap analysis - Ability to produce functional specifications documents (FSDs) and Solution Design Specifications - Knowledge of Agile methodology and Stories requirements artefacts - Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills - Experience with e-Business, e-Commerce, and Internet technologies - Familiarity with business modelling tools like UML and CASE tools (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
