Technical Competency: IT / Infrastructure / Solution Architect of experience in Cloud, Storage Domain(SAN/NAS/Object), Backup, Servers & Virtualization, Data Center Network, LAN / WAN, BCP, DR, planning, design, implementation and administration of high end quality IT Infrastructure,. Proficient in Leading of Infrastructure Technology, Solution Architect and Design. Effective in design and delivery high quality projects, defining high quality processes and methodology. Technical Certification of above mentioned OEM/Technologies would be an added advantage. Data Center Services (Server, Converged System, Midrange/Enterprise Storage(SAN/NAS/Object) & Backup) Virtualization Services (vSphere, vCenter, vRealizer(vRO & vRA), NSX, vSAN, Hyper-V & SCVM Networking Services (SAN and LAN Switches from Brocade and Cisco) BusinesManagement Software : Dell ASM, IBM Tivoli SM, HP Openview (Windows/Unix). Job Description: understand range of Solution Portfolio Serve as a customer interface with business units and compile BU feedback into solution Assist account team in developing deliverables and presentations for specific opportunities Design customized solutions (Zero Data Loss, Zero RTO, 3Way-DR, Object Storage, Converged Stack, Storage as a service, Private Cloud, etc.) for specific customers and industries Provide account team with technical expertise in area of specialty (Blade Server CB500/2500, HDS-UCP 2000/4000, VSP G200/400/600/800/1000, Veritas and Commvault Backup & Archival, Hitachi Content Platform- Object Storage, Brocade SAN Switches 6510/6520, DCX8510-4/8, Cisco MDS 9710, 9148, 9250i, etc.) Provide leadership and guidance in technical responses to customer RFP's, Trial and Demonstration Support. Post Sale Tune solution design based on customer negotiation process Synch with delivery team and ensure delivery of Scope of Work, Implementation Plan for clear handoff in defines time line. Perform PoC if applicable to multiple customers and share findings with business units and Team. Personal & Organizational Development Research and report on competition in the areas of technology and design strategies. Seek out opportunities to partner with and mentor less-experienced teammates within specialty, to share leading practices and help strengthen capabilities. Leverage technology expertise to help address customer concerns/issues and expedite a deal through the sales process. Educate customer-focused resources on revenue opportunities within specific technology Understand business challenges and problems face by customers.
