As an Operations Intern , youll be at the forefront of this mission helping guide homebuyers through their journey, ensuring a seamless experience, and contributing directly to how we grow as a business. Staying updated on real estate trends & residential projects to give relevant advice. Building trust and engagement with clients through follow-ups and proactive support. Driving lead conversions by addressing buyer concerns effectively. Your 45 core duties in this job are Support homebuyers by translating data into clear, actionable guidance. Track and share project-specific insights to stay relevant in conversations. Manage client calls and ensure smooth follow-ups. Drive conversions on assigned deals. Close assigned tasks within timelines (high follow-through on execution). What it takes to be successful in this job Great communication skills ? You can articulate, explain, and tell stories that connect with clients. Consistency & reliability ? You close tasks on time and follow through without reminders. Curiosity to learn ? You want to grow fast, understand real estate deeply. Client-first mindset ? Youre empathetic, attentive, and proactive in solving buyer concerns.
