Data & Artificial Intelligence Head/Lead

As a Data & AI Head/Lead at Pratiti, your role will involve driving innovation and delivering advanced data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solutions for global clients. You will be responsible for a blend of hands-on expertise, solution consulting, and team leadership to build Data & AI capabilities as a key part of digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the presales and business development team during the discovery phase, contributing to proposals and RFP responses. - Provide a consultative approach to advise clients on their AI journey, including data strategies, AI/ML-enabled use cases, and data platform adoptions. - Build and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and ML-Ops engineers. - Collaborate with the L&D team to build Data & AI competency and ensure the team stays current on technology advancements and business outlook. - Architect solutions leveraging modern data stack, including data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and cloud services like Azure, GCP, and AWS. - Guide end-to-end solutions, including data architecture, data pipeline, data governance, security, and ML-Ops. Requirements: - 12-15 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Spark, SQL, Airflow, Kafka, and cloud-native data services. - Strong technical knowledge in building modern data platforms, pipelines, and machine learning solutions. - Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model management, and MLOps practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Expertise or certification in data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
