Job Summary:

Data Architect Implementation (Tech Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise data architecture.
  
• Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models.
  
• Define data strategy, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.
  
• Architect data integration solutions using ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and real-time data streaming.
  
• Implement data security, privacy, lineage, and compliance policies.
  
• Evaluate and recommend technologies related to data storage, processing, and analytics.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, project managers, and development teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  
• Guide and mentor technical teams through best practices and solution reviews.
  
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

  in data engineering, data architecture, or solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience as a

  Data Architect / Solution Architect in at least 3 projects in India

  .
• Strong expertise in:
  
• Data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
  
• Data warehousing and data lakes
  
• SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  
• ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, dbt)
  
• Big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
  
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native data services
  
• Data Governance and MDM frameworks
  
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, data security, and data lifecycle management.
  
• Experience with tools like Apache Kafka, Airflow, Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified Data Architect, TOGAF, CDMP).
  
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  
• Exposure to Indian government or public sector data projects (optional but preferred).
