Data and AI Principal

As a Data and AI Principal / Senior Manager (Generative AI) at HCLTech in Noida, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on technical leadership and oversight. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design of AI, GenAI solutions, machine learning pipelines, and data architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and resilience. - Actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and solution design, while collaborating with Account Teams, Client Partners, and Domain SMEs to align technical solutions with business needs. - Mentoring and guiding engineers across various functions to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. - Designing and implementing system and API architectures, integrating AI, GenAI, and Agentic applications into production systems, and architecting ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using industry-leading tools. - Driving the deployment and scaling of solutions using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, and leading the integration of machine learning models into end-to-end production workflows. - Leading CI/CD pipeline efforts, infrastructure automation, and ensuring robust integration with cloud platforms. - Communicating with stakeholders, promoting Agile methodologies, and optimizing the performance and scalability of applications. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 15 years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, focusing on AI, GenAI, machine learning, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
