You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for: Lead the solution design and provide oversight for development, testing, operational readi-ness, and implementation of solutions. Responsible for design to release, solution roll-out, and designing front-end, back-end, and AI components, considering cybersecurity aspects and cloud technologies. Define the solution, guide data scientists, ML engineers, and prompt engineers, and enable the successful rollout of the solution, demonstrating a research/experimental mindset. Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and drive decision-making. Lead technology demonstrator initiatives on leading cloud platforms and evolve the project plan.You will join a highly talented team. Qualifications for the role Strong solution and design expertise in the areas of data analytics, AI, GenAI, and rapid appli-cation development. At least 8+ years of experience in software solution development, with at least 5+ years of ex-posure in deep tech as a data lead and data specialist. Must have played the role of a specialist and led at least two successful global prod-uct/solution rollouts. Worked with Agile teams, with hands-on experience in recent tools and technologies (e.g., AI engines - LLM, SLM, DevOps, Copilots). Exposure to working with global stakeholders while demonstrating technology leadership. Masters degree in computer science.
