As an HR Advisor at Snowflake, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and tactical support to the Employee Relations and HR Business Partner teams. Snowflake is currently experiencing exponential growth and is expanding its Data Cloud Product team. As the leader for the India Data Cloud Product team, you will drive the growth of the ecosystem of data, application, and ISV partners, playing a key role in shaping Snowflake's future in India. Your responsibilities will involve creating and executing plans to acquire new data and application partners, collaborating with global teams on strategic partner execution, providing guidelines to partners for deployment on Snowflake, and supporting partner training and onboarding. To excel in this role, you should possess 10+ years of industry experience in sales, partnership/alliances, or business development, with a background in a two-sided marketplace or at a data vendor/ISV. Strong communication skills, business acumen, initiative, cloud ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to measure and report on business success are essential. A Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) is required, along with a proven track record of working in a matrix environment.
