The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Comprehensive understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Domain knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics/Reporting. - Previous experience with Analytics Tools like Birst, Power BI, Tableau would be advantageous. - Functional Design expertise and experience working with Agile methodologies, especially in product development. - Participation in at least one complete end-to-end implementation project in HCM product. - Experience with Infor HR Talent Application is considered a plus.
