Role-Data Analytics TSR (Technical Support Representative)

Required Technical Skill Set-L2 SQL Query, L1-L2 BigQuery, L1-L2 Data Visualization, L1-L2 Cloud Ops

Desired Experience Range- 3 to 7 years

Location of Requirement- Chennai, Gandhinagar

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with SQL Query)

• Strong expertise in SQL for querying, scripting, and developing database objects

• Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions

• Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
• Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services

• Exposure and understanding of BigQuery job to run queries, load data, export data, or copy data within BigQuery

• Experience in building tools and platforms that enable Data Visualization and interactive displays

• Proficiency in industry-standard software like Tableau, Power BI

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

• Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related

• Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels

• Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders

• Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed
• Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment

• Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)

• English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must
