Role Overview: As a part of the Commercial Data & Analytics team at the company, your main responsibility will be to drive high-impact business intelligence and data governance by delivering executive-ready insights and ensuring data integrity. You will be supporting the Lead and Manager in achieving a "single source of truth" and enabling the global sales team members with accurate and reliable data. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and enforce master data governance standards to improve data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. - Evaluate and introduce new BI tools and techniques to enhance insight generation and automation. - Partner with senior stakeholders across various functions and act as a trusted advisor on data credibility and governance matters. - Develop, maintain, and run standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for different global sales roles. - Execute data reconciliation exercises to validate data accuracy and correct discrepancies. - Provide direct data support for key commercial activities such as sales forecast analysis and target setting process. - Utilize tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data querying, reporting, and ensuring data views are current and reliable. - Assist sales teams and stakeholders with data queries and report interpretation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. - 6-7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Sales Operations. - Expertise in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Data Cleansing, Data Mapping, and Microsoft Excel. - Experience in supporting Sales Operations, Finance, or commercially focused teams. - Familiarity with sales data and CRM systems; Salesforce.com experience is a bonus.
