About Auxilium Skills Academy: Auxilium Skills Academy (ASA) is an initiative by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco, committed to empowering youth, particularly from marginalized communities, through quality skill development in emerging and in-demand sectors. ASA focuses on nurturing real-world capabilities that pave the way for meaningful employment and self-reliance. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Analyst Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in data analytics tools, techniques, and business intelligence concepts to the youth enrolled in our skilling programs. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of industry experience and teaching skills, coupled with a strong passion for capacity-building and youth empowerment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, practical, and structured training sessions in data analysis utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, R, among others. Design and update training modules, assessments, and project-based learning content to align with industry standards. Guide learners through hands-on projects that involve data wrangling, visualization, and storytelling. Conduct regular evaluations and offer feedback for continuous improvement. Coordinate with the program coordinator for scheduling, attendance, and progress tracking. Facilitate job readiness sessions encompassing interview preparation, portfolio building, and integration of soft skills. Stay abreast of trends and technologies in data analytics, adapting training materials accordingly. Collaborate with industry experts to organize guest lectures, internships, or placement opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. Prior experience in teaching/training, whether offline or online, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Python/R. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with youth from underserved backgrounds. Desirable: Certification in data analytics or related tools (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, etc.). Exposure to the educational/NGO sector or vocational training would be advantageous. Work Environment: Location: On-site training at Wadala campus (Mumbai).
