Data Analyst (SAS/SQL)

As a Data Analyst in the Decision Management team, you will utilize your expertise in SAS, Excel, Tableau or equivalent reporting tools, Python/Pyspark, and Hadoop/Hive to perform various data activities. Your role will involve data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and continuous interaction with business users to understand requirements and convert them into necessary codes. Your keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be pivotal in auditing campaign data, executing campaigns, identifying deviations, and ensuring data correctness. You will be responsible for creating reports for Retail line of business using SAS, Excel, and transitioning to Tableau or an equivalent reporting tool. Knowledge of Autosys and Service Now will be advantageous in your day-to-day tasks. Understanding marketing data or experience in the Retail line of business is beneficial for this role. You will play a crucial part in assessing risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets. Your logical problem-solving approach, along with effective written and verbal communication skills, will be essential in this role. You will be part of a dynamic team that values ethical judgment, transparency, and adherence to policies.
