Data Analyst

About the Role:

The Data Analyst will be responsible to strengthen data governance, reconciliation accuracy, and reporting automation across Mangalam Organics.As an MIS & Data Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling key business data, building automated reports, and supporting realtime decision-making with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

● Data Reconciliation:

○ Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of data across systems (ERP, finance, sales, inventory, etc.).

○ Detect anomalies, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

○ Document reconciliation procedures and ensure audit readiness.

● MIS Reporting & Dashboarding:

○ Create and maintain performance dashboards using Google Data Studio and Excel.

○ Automate regular reports using Google Sheets formulas and scripts.

○ Track KPIs and flag critical insights to the strategy and leadership teams.

● Data Management:

○ Clean, structure, and validate raw data from multiple sources.

○ Ensure data consistency across platforms like ERP, sales systems, and Excel trackers.

○ Support ad-hoc data needs and management reporting requests.

● Cross-functional Coordination:

○ Collaborate with Finance, Sales, SCM, and IT teams for data inputs and issue resolution.

○ Present reconciled data and insights clearly to stakeholders in Excel/Slides/Data Studio.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in MIS, data reconciliation, or analytics roles.

● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA) and Google Sheets (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE).

● Strong proficiency in Google Data Studio for visualization and reporting.

● Detail-oriented with a structured and logical problem-solving mindset.

● Good understanding of financial and operational reconciliation processes.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Plus (Good to Have):

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (Oracle, Zoho & Tally).

Knowledge of basic SQL for automation and data querying. Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing industry operations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
