Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize structured/unstructured data from various sources.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.

Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R for data handling and analysis.

Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.

Work with the team to support ongoing projects and improve data accuracy.

Provide actionable insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
