Data Analyst Intern

As an Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for analyzing learner data to identify engagement trends and churn risks. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining dashboards to track key performance metrics such as NPS, usage, and engagement. Your collaboration with the Customer Success Team will be crucial in generating actionable insights. Additionally, you will develop automated reports to support timely decision-making and conduct A/B tests on engagement strategies to assess outcomes. The ideal candidate for this position should be proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a customer-facing role would be beneficial.
