Data Analyst (Entry Level)

As a Data Analyst at our company, your role will involve scraping, collecting, and organizing business data from various online sources such as Google My Business, directories, and social platforms. The extracted data will be used as high-quality leads for our Sales & Business Development team to enhance our IT services. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct web scraping and data collection from online sources like Google My Business, directories, and social platforms. - Ensure accuracy, relevance, and up-to-date nature of all collected data. - Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets for easy access by the Sales team. - Analyze trends and patterns in collected data to enhance lead quality. - Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to set data collection goals and criteria. - Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to the company's data handling standards. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical and research skills. - Good understanding of online platforms and business directories. - Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data organization tools. - Familiarity with web scraping tools or manual data collection techniques (a plus). - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
