As a Data Analyst / Developer supporting the Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) team, your role will involve understanding business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and delivering high-quality outputs in Tableau for smaller change requests and projects. Being detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working directly with business users will be key for success in this role. **Responsibilities:** - Understand and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Perform data analysis and profiling to support decision-making. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau. - Support and maintain BI tools and data refresh processes. - Ensure data quality and governance standards are met. - Provide end-user support and training as needed. **Required Skills:** - 4 to 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Developer. - Strong SQL skills. - Experience with relational databases and BI tools, especially Tableau. - Ability to design and deliver data models and visualizations. - Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Understanding of data governance, cleansing, and metadata management. - Knowledge of applying different techniques for data analysis and synthesis of findings. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The company follows a hybrid work model, with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. India shift timings will be until 11:30 PM IST.
