Data Analyst - Customer Service

In this role as a Data Analyst at Altium, you will play a crucial part in supporting customers and their suppliers with onboarding, technical support, and data analytics. Your main responsibilities will include evaluating customer Spend and Bill of Material data for ingestion, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with technical teams to report bugs, managing inbound support requests effectively, advocating for customers, identifying trends in feature requests, contributing to training documentation, and assisting teammates in handling technical issues. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent from a reputed university. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Procurement or Supply Chain, possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in Advanced Excel and digital tools, have an understanding of Bill of Material and procurement data structures, be capable of comprehending complex data sets and identifying gaps, and have a strong background in customer support and logical troubleshooting. Moreover, you should be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and develop proficiency in a ticketing system.
