Role Overview: You will be the UAT Analyst responsible for maximizing claim opportunities in the Out of Network Department at Zelis India. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring claim volume and turnaround time, reviewing claim routing decisions, identifying claim savings opportunities, and performing end-to-end user acceptance testing for new features and services. You will work closely with the Out of Network ART Scrum Team to ensure the best outcomes and quality measures are applied. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor claim volume, turnaround time, and claim routing decisions - Identify claim savings opportunities - Perform end-to-end user acceptance testing for new and enhanced features/services - Analyze operational and technical requirements for UAT testing - Develop and maintain detailed test scenarios, test suites, and data - Troubleshoot erroneous results, determine root cause, and suggest solutions - Ensure adherence to Zelis standards regarding privacy - Collaborate with the scrum team to define user stories and acceptance criteria - Participate in Sprint Retrospective to improve processes - Communicate operating procedures or policies to team members - Prioritize projects based on business needs - Assess risks and develop strategies to improve product quality Qualifications Required: - 3 years of healthcare insurance experience preferred - Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills - SQL Experience preferred but not mandatory - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required,
