Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track sales performance across various dimensions (region, product, etc.). Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to support management decision-making. 2. Strategic Planning & Forecasting Prepare Annual Potential Reports and Annual Budget Plans to assist in sales forecasting. Collaborate with multiple departments for financial planning and budget optimization . 3. Operational & Data Management Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent inventory shortages. Track grade-wise stock levels and actual inventory status to ensure efficient stock management. Clean, update, and manage customer databases for accurate sales tracking and reporting. 4. Business Growth & Market Expansion Analyze import-export data to identify new market opportunities and business expansion possibilities. Maintain a database of relevant exhibitions (domestic & international) for business networking. Engage with exhibitors and potential partners , send introduction emails, and generate business leads. Key Skills & Competencies: Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools . Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Ability to analyze trends and develop accurate sales projections. Inventory & Database Management: Experience in maintaining stock levels and customer data integrity.
