You will be helping service agents in collating the information that they will provide you over the call/e-mail and create the billing schedules and on time billings of the projects, the information that you will save in system will be used as input for billing purposes. Responsibilities . Reviewing and should be analytic unbilled reports. . Conducting calls with Project managers and discuss Project data. . Gathering Billing related backups from Project Managers . Project setup Validation per PO/Contract (ERP Charlie) . Generating Invoices (Debit/credit/AR, etc.) . Auditing of Project status . Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. . Candidate should be comfortable with 24.7 shift timings. . Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with the customers (written & verbal) . Articulate calls inputs from Service agents to share for billing requirements. . Ensure correct inputs are done for billing details alignment of Headcount. . Coordinating with billing team for any invoice generation . Should be willing to work overtime and work on weekends. . Ability to apply knowledge to real world scenarios. . Strong work ethic displays the drive to learn new features or troubleshoot methods for their primary application. . Support on Ad-hoc reports & Quarter Closing Activities Minimum Qualifications . University Graduate . Excellent Oral and Written English Communication Skills. . Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/Billing . Open to work in 24.7 window and rotational shifts . Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. . Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required. .
