As a SAP Analytics Cloud professional, your responsibilities will include providing architecture and subject matter expertise support for the SAC Analytics Cloud tool. You will be involved in setting up enterprise reporting solutions with knowledge of different reporting strategies for client deliverables. Configuring all the infrastructure prerequisites for live and import data connections with HANA will be part of your role. You will participate in various project phases such as planning, designing, exploring, realizing, and deploying SAP Analytics Cloud deliverables. Building the semantic layer in SCP, BW, and ABAP CDS reporting architecture, as well as creating SAC objects like public/private dimensions, account and measure-based models, story page templates, and visualizations, will be crucial tasks. Furthermore, you will handle currency setup in SAP Analytics Cloud for analytical and planning requirements, perform business planning scenarios through SAC functionalities, and schedule planning activities. Leveraging smart and predictive features, building geo-enriched visualizations, creating dashboards and agendas in the Digital Boardroom, and implementing ML and AI scenarios will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve leading customer workshops and educational sessions on SAP Analytics Cloud, data integrity concepts, and tool functionality. You should have a good understanding of data warehousing and visualization concepts, create unit test cases, perform unit testing, and generate necessary documentation following the methodology. About the Role: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to join our team as a Technical Consultant. This pivotal role requires 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and financial planning solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the design, architecture, and implementation of SAC Planning models to drive enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and what-if analysis. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial planning processes and SAC's advanced capabilities, coupled with strong leadership abilities to guide global stakeholders and junior consultants. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions, encompassing design, development, deployment, and support. Design and develop interactive dashboards, stories, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud. Develop robust data models within SAC, utilizing live or imported data connections (SAP HANA, BW, S/4HANA, etc.). Integrate SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources using connectors, OData services, and APIs. Optimize dashboards for performance, responsiveness, and usability across various devices. Implement planning models, input forms, and predictive features within SAC Planning. Define architecture and best practices for model building, data actions, multi-actions, allocations, predictive forecasting, and value driver trees. Collaborate extensively with finance, supply chain, and sales teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning models. Integrate SAC Planning with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA views, or other external systems. Drive performance optimization of stories, models, and planning workflows for maximum efficiency. Leverage SACs capabilities such as charts, tables, KPIs, input controls, linked analysis, calculated measures, restricted measures, hierarchies, parameters, and formulas effectively. Connect to other cloud/on-premises data sources via OData, REST APIs, or SAP Cloud Connector. Required Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a strong focus on financial planning solutions. Deep understanding and extensive hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning. Strong experience in model building, data actions, multi-actions, predictive forecasting, and value driver trees. Expertise in integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA views, or other external systems. Strong financial planning knowledge, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and what-if analysis processes. Ability to optimize performance in SAC stories, models, and planning workflows. Strong expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and SAC scripting. Proficiency in connecting SAC to SAP BW, S/4HANA, or SAP HANA. Clear understanding of business processes in domains such as finance, sales, logistics, HR, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAC advanced features, such as predictive forecasting, allocations, and multi-actions.
