Telecaller – Job Description 1. Client Outreach & Calling ● Confidently call potential clients including architects, interior designers, signage makers, LED sign board makers, contractors, and business owners. ● Introduce company services (lighting solutions, CNC/laser cutting, signage, façade & club lighting). ● Build strong first impressions and maintain professional communication. 2. Follow-ups & Relationship Management ● Regularly follow up with prospects for quotations, project updates, and payments. ● Nurture client relationships to convert inquiries into confirmed projects. 3. Record Keeping & Reporting ● Maintain detailed client databases in Excel / Google Sheets. ● Record daily calling activities, client responses, and status of leads. ● Share weekly progress reports with management. 4. Lead Generation & Research ● Identify new potential clients through online platforms, directories, exhibitions, and referrals. ● Update and expand the calling list continuously. 5. Communication Skills ● Fluent in Hindi and English ● Strong persuasion and presentation skills on call. 6. Coordination & Support ● Coordinate with sales/technical team for meetings, demos, and presentations. ● Assist in preparing quotations and proposals when needed. 7. Targets & Accountability ● Achieve daily/weekly calling targets (e.g., 120 calls per day). 8. Professional Attitude ● Self-motivated, punctual, and disciplined in daily reporting. ● Willingness to learn about new products and services continuously. Desired Candidate Profile ● Experience in telecalling / customer handling preferred (freshers with confidence can apply). ● Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. ● Confident, polite, and result-oriented.
