Role & responsibilities Analyse and interpret data using MS Excel, Python, and SQL to provide actionable insights Conduct customer analytics and sales data analysis to identify trends and opportunities Utilize various data tools and ETL processes for data wrangling from multiple sources Perform customer journey analytics and create funnels to understand user behaviour using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and AWS Quick sight Create and manage workflows using Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) & other tools to automate business processes Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business analytics role Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Flow, Databricks Experience with customer analytics, sales data analysis, and customer journey analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
