The Opportunity As a Consultant in the Foundations team, you will be an integral part of a team that designs and builds solutions that best address our clients’ needs and create measurable impact. Able to take a step back from their day-to-day work on a frequent basis to consider trends or insights that may impact their work Key qualifications and experiences: 4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms or global foundations MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree in business management or development studies Experience in working and analysing large data sets Knowledge of APIs, website development, dashboarding tools Knowledge of statistical metrics like correlation etc. Prior experience in a client or customer facing role and diverse stakeholder management Prior experience in leading small teams is an added advantage Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment will be an added advantage AI knowledge particularly on the development of chatbots etc is desirable Why Sattva?
