Manage Epic upgrades concerning Business Objects integration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in BI platform administration, specifically with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, and Metric Insights. Strong understanding of server maintenance, security standards, and disaster recovery protocols. Proficient in automating workflows and managing content migrations across environments. Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with internal applications like NTRACs, Trauma One, Harmony, and Epic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform. Tableau Desktop Certified Professional.
