The ideal candidate will have advanced-level proficiency in ServiceNow implementation and customization, with a focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ITSM (IT Service Management), Discovery, and Service Catalog (SRM) tools. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Implementation and Customization: The candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Integration, Orchestration, and advanced scripting. They should possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, with the ability to create custom workflows, service catalogs, record producers, CMDB, and event management.
