Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between sales and operations teams. The role will involve processing orders, coordinating transportation, providing customer updates, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, verifying details, checking inventory availability, and generating necessary documentation. Handle order-related coordination, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for efficient fulfillment. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order status, addressing delivery inquiries, and resolving issues as they arise. Transportation Coordination: Organize shipping methods, select carriers, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, ensuring customer requirements and logistical constraints. Requirements: Experience in sales coordination, operations, or order processing is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills . Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead sales growth by targeting corporate clients, institutional buyers, and HoReCa businesses (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a track record of closing high-value deals. Job Description: Drive B2B sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels , restaurants, and cafés to understand their needs and preferences. Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
