Job Description: As a Field Marketing Executive at Darpan Electricala your main responsibility will be to proactively generate leads through cold calling efforts. You will engage with potential clients and introduce them to our products/services with the goal of generating high-quality leads for our sales team. The role combines market research, direct outreach, and relationship-building efforts to expand our client base. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and sales leads. Qualify and assess prospects to ensure they meet the criteria for the sales team. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects. Introduce and promote Darpan Electricals products and services to potential clients. Manage and track all outreach activities using CRM tools. Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team to further discuss the needs of the prospect. Follow up on leads generated through cold calling and marketing campaigns. Continuously update lead generation strategies to optimize efficiency and results. Provide feedback and insights from cold calls to improve marketing and sales strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (ideally within [industry/sector]). Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and resilience to handle rejection.
