Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring there are no conflicts and that all logistics are in place. Prioritize and manage incoming requests, emails, and calls for the MD, handling correspondence and communications with discretion. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings, conferences, and client visits. Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action items. Coordinate travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for both domestic and international trips. Ensure all travel logistics are in order, anticipating any changes or adjustments needed. Prepare travel documents (visas, itineraries, hotel reservations, etc.) and handle any travel-related issues that may arise during trips. Provide personal administrative assistance as needed, such as scheduling personal appointments, handling personal correspondence, and managing day-to-day tasks. Assist in managing personal and professional projects on behalf of the MD. Organize events, meetings, and conferences, from arranging venues to managing attendee lists and ensuring smooth logistics. Act as a liaison between the MD and key stakeholders, clients, and partners during events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide a high level of trust and reliability in dealing with sensitive information related to the MD and the organization. Serve as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Manage MD's communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing tasks effectively. Assist in preparing documents for board meetings and financial reports. Take on special projects or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the MD.
