We are seeking a Community Management Specialist to join our Mumbai team, working closely with the Global Influencer Marketing and Social Media Teams based in Stockholm, Sweden. THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN Monitor and respond to all comments, tags and mentions across our social media platforms. Like, reply to, and comment on Instagram Stories where our brand is tagged or mentioned. Flag negative or sensitive comments for escalation to the Customer Service Team. Flag comments and DM s that might need escalation internally to other departments. Engage with our community by interacting with UGC, influencer posts, and fans, and encourage conversation using short, friendly and engaging replies. Track verified followers and influencers who engage with our brand for potential outreach. Identify and collect "special" followers of ours (big influencers and loving fans etc) Create and maintain a response guide with reply templates for common comment types. Further down the line, there may be opportunities to support the marketing team in other tasks and projects We work with all social media platforms to varying extents. Instagram and TikTok are the largest channels with the most activity. However, you will also work with social media like Facebook, Threads, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn and potentially more. WHO YOU ARE A strong communicator with excellent written English skills and a natural flair for engaging with people online. Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple social media interactions efficiently and with care. You bring a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Comfortable navigating social media platforms even if you haven't worked with them professionally before. Background in Customer Service or similar roles is considered a plus
