POSTION - EXPORT AIR PRICING LOCATION - ANDHERI Role & responsibilities Oversee export air freight operations for timely and efficient shipment handling. Drive strategies to boost volume, profitability, and service quality. Manage pricing, rate procurement, and profitability analysis. Build strong relationships with vendors for rates, space, and allocations. Support sales in acquiring and retaining clients. Ensure service excellence and resolve escalations. Maintain compliance with IATA, customs, and regulatory norms. Collaborate across departments for smooth shipment execution. Track market trends and competitor activity. Report performance insights to senior management.
