Dance Teacher (Part Time)

Join our dynamic team at Flurn and inspire students through the joy of dance! We're looking for passionate and energetic instructors to lead Bollywood and Hip-Hop group classes at residential communities in your neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and structured group dance classes (Bollywood & Hip-Hop) at nearby apartment complexes.
• Follow Flurn’s proven teaching methodology to deliver a high-quality learning experience for every student.
• Use the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage your schedule, track attendance, and stay connected with students.
• Ensure all classes start on time and are conducted as per the agreed schedule.

Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for passionate and committed dance educators who are excited to share their love for modern dance with learners of all ages. The ideal candidate will have the following:

• A genuine passion for teaching Modern Dance forms, especially Bollywood and Hip-Hop.
• 2+ years of experience teaching both kids and adults in group settings.
• Interest in taking up part-time teaching opportunities while earning by doing what you love.
• Willingness to follow structured course outlines and maintain teaching standards set by Flurn.
• Flexibility and availability to travel to multiple Flurn learning centers or neighborhood venues as needed.
