Dance Teacher (Female)

You will be joining the Narayana Group's BLR-BGT branch in Bangalore as an Elementary School Teacher. Your role will involve creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the diverse needs of students. - Educating students in various subjects using innovative teaching methods. - Managing classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies. - Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise. - Assessing student performance through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback. - Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives. - Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Qualifications required for this position: - A degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Early Childhood Education preferred. - Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is advantageous. - Strong behavior management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - A genuine passion for educating young learners. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
