About Dame Health Dame Health is India’s first women’s health–focused nutraceutical brand, co-founded by Dr. Rajeev Agarwal (leading gynecologist) and Sahil Agarwal. We specialize in clean, science-backed supplements designed for reproductive health, preventive care, and everyday wellness. Our products are sold across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and our own website, delivering across 20,000+ pincodes in India. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage daily Tally entries for all purchases, sales, and expenses. Record all payments, receipts, and banking transactions. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and other MIS reports. Maintain and analyze data of sales, purchases, and expenses. Present detailed reports of variable and fixed expenses. Platform Reconciliation & Analysis Reconcile sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify, and other platforms. Track payment settlements, deductions, and chargebacks from marketplaces. Ensure accuracy in GST input/output reconciliation and compliance. Data Management & Insights Maintain structured databases of financial records. Use Google Sheets/Excel (advanced) for data crunching, pivot tables, dashboards, and financial analysis. Support management with insights for decision-making. Requirements: 2–5 years of accounting experience , preferably in consumer brands, FMCG, or D2C startups. Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and e-commerce accounting. Prior experience handling Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit/Shopify reconciliations is a must. Excellent command of Google Sheets & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, MIS reports). Ability to prepare P&L statements and balance sheets independently. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in D2C/e-commerce or retail companies. Hands-on experience with payment gateways and COD reconciliation. Knowledge of inventory management and costing.
