About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring for data center roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver on hiring goals while ensuring a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment for data center roles: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, skills. Devise and implement sourcing strategies specific to the data center domain (including passive candidate sourcing, Boolean searches, niche job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks). Screen resumes, conduct phone / video / in-person interviews; assess technical fit and behavioral & cultural match. Manage the interview process: scheduling, feedback, coordination between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth process flow. Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure alignment with company compensation structure and market benchmarks. Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs to minimize time-to-fill. Track recruiting metrics / KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health etc.) and provide reports to HR leadership. Maintain excellent candidate experience: timely communications, update tracking, ensure professional interface. Stay updated on data center market trends—what skills are in demand, what compensation looks like, what certifications are relevant. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4 plus years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, of which at least 2-3 years specifically hiring for Data Center. Proven track record in filling roles for Data Center. Hands-on experience with various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, employee referrals etc.). Strong understanding of data center technical requirements. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics / dashboard reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
