Tech Mahindra is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in international inbound customer support and should be comfortable working in night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from international customers and assist with their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues. Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary. Document calls details and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and company goals. Key Skills and Competencies: Minimum 12 months of experience in International Inbound Voice Process. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer handling skills with the ability to manage difficult or frustrated customers. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Time Management: Efficiently manage time, multitask, and meet deadlines. Requirements: Must have at least 6 months of experience in an international inbound voice process. Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays if required. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of basic troubleshooting steps for resolving technical issues.
