Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Hardware & Network Engineer with strong knowledge of laptop chip-level repairs, hardware diagnostics, networking, and CCTV systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT hardware, networking infrastructure, and surveillance systems to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals (chip-level and component-level troubleshooting). Perform hardware diagnostics and resolve technical issues effectively. Install, configure, and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls. Handle CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems. Ensure system security and data protection across all devices and networks. Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks on hardware and networking devices. Document service records, maintenance activities, and issue resolutions. Provide end-user technical support for hardware and network-related issues. Collaborate with IT and security teams for smooth infrastructure management.
