Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects from initiation through deployment. Translate technical requirements into project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to scope model development, data collection, training, and evaluation phases. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to best practices in AI ethics and governance. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals. Drive Agile or hybrid methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Monitor project KPIs and success metrics related to model performance, usability, and business impact. Manage external vendors or partners contributing to AI initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1-2 years in AI/ML or data science-related environments. Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs like GPT, DALL.E, diffusion models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering). Familiarity with AI lifecycle tools and platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow, Vertex AI, etc.). Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within scope.

Proven ability to connect creative concepts to business outcomes-aligning visuals with engagement, retention, and growth KPIs. Portfolio of social-first, mobile-native campaigns that blend visual impact with strategic storytelling. Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects/Premiere, plus AI-assisted workflows for rapid asset creation. Strong prompt engineering skills to extract usable, on-brand assets from AI tools Track record of designing brand campaigns that scale across multiple platforms and markets. In-depth understanding of social algorithms, audience behavior, and content performance analytics. Experience in building creative systems that maintain brand integrity under high-volume output. Skilled at balancing quick-turn social content with big-picture campaign planning. Good to Have ? Proficiency with Midjourney, DALL.E, Stable Diffusion and prompt engineering for on-brand AI visuals. Good to Have ? Experience designing for Web3 (tokens, NFTs, dashboards) with authentic crypto aesthetics What You'll Do ???? Own creative strategy: Partner with marketing leads to develop visual strategies that align with brand goals and audience insights. Translate strategy into execution: Turn campaign briefs into high-impact, platform-specific visuals that drive engagement and strengthen brand recall. Guard and evolve the brand: Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to keep content fresh and relevant. Lead content planning: Anticipate content needs for launches, campaigns, and community moments-ensuring we're proactive, not reactive. Fuel the content engine: Deliver a high-volume creative pipeline for daily posts across X, Farcaster, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord. Measure, learn, and adapt: Use performance data to iterate creatives and refine content strategy in real-time. Empower stakeholders: Provide KOLs, partners, and internal teams with strategically aligned branded assets on fast turnaround. Good to have ?
