Educational Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
• B.Tech / B.Sc in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, or Food Technology
• M.Tech / M.Sc in Dairy Technology, Dairy Microbiology, or Food Processing

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of cheese-making processes, especially Mozzarella (e.g., milk standardization, coagulation, curd stretching, brining, packaging)
• Familiarity with dairy microbiology, enzymes, and starter cultures
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GMP, and HACCP
• Experience in quality control tests (moisture, pH, salt content, texture, meltability, etc.)
• Equipment handling for cheese vats, stretchers, brine tanks, packaging units

Experience Required:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in cheese production, specifically Mozzarella
• Experience in a commercial dairy or cheese manufacturing facility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
