Dairy Operator

As a Dairy Operator, your role involves operating and monitoring dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, separators, and other machinery. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning and sanitizing equipment to ensure optimal performance and food safety standards are met. Monitoring and controlling processing parameters such as temperature and flow rates to align with product specifications will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment - Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment cleanliness and optimal performance - Monitor and control processing parameters to meet product specifications - Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control activities - Be flexible with shifts and handle manpower as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: Secondary School / Diploma or equivalent - Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years in the Dairy processing industry Skills Required: - Proficient in production and machinery operations & monitoring - Knowledge of dairy processing principles, equipment, and regulations - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Availability to work flexible hours including shifts In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, you will be expected to report daily to the In charge of the facility.
