Operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration systems. Monitor temperature controls, pressure gauges, refrigerant levels to prevent product spoilage. Conduct routine inspections, log performance data, and recommend improvements. Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines for equipment maintenance. Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, and automated control systems is required. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is required. Setting sales targets for individual SO and your team as a whole To maintain and increase sales of company's products. Achieving the targets and goals set in your area Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base Servicing the needs of our existing customers To increase business opportunities through various routes of the market Developing innovative higher sales strategies.
