Company & Product Description Jiveesha is a flagship AI-driven platform by Daira Edtech , supported under the India AI Mission (MeitY) , focused on transforming early childhood neurodevelopmental care in India. We provide a three-phase ecosystem (Screen – Support – Sustain) for children from 1.5 years of age onwards to identify and support conditions such as Autism, ADHD, SLDs, and cognitive delays. Our solution includes: Early Screening – AI-based, multilingual, gamified assessments aligned with NEP 2020 & NIPUN Bharat . Personalized Remediation – AI-generated learning plans tailored to each child. Inclusive Learning Browser – Adaptive curriculum for schools, NGOs, and underserved communities. We are currently deployed across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh in partnership with Rotary Clubs, DIMHANS, Brio Special Education, Sankalp Open School, and multiple CSR partners . Over 3,000 children have already been screened. Role Description: Outreach Manager Intern As an Outreach Manager Intern , you will play a key role in strengthening Jiveesha’s partnerships and impact across India. You’ll be at the intersection of education, health, and policy , ensuring smooth collaboration with: State and local governments CSR partners and corporates NGOs, schools, and community institutions Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in government, CSR, and NGO partnerships – drafting proposals, MoUs, and supporting large-scale rollouts. Coordinating with schools, teachers, and NGOs to facilitate pilot deployments and awareness sessions. Supporting CSR reporting and branding by collecting field data, testimonials, and impact stories. Helping design and implement community outreach campaigns for awareness and adoption. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and community stakeholders , ensuring clarity and trust. Qualifications Needed We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about education, social impact, and community development . Essential: Strong communication and relationship-building skills (English + regional language preferred). Interest in working with government departments, NGOs, and CSR stakeholders . Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and handle documentation/reporting. Open to field visits, stakeholder meetings, and grassroots engagement. Preferred (Nice to Have): Background in education, social sciences, psychology, or public policy . Prior experience (even volunteer-level) in NGO/CSR/government projects. Familiarity with CSR frameworks and education/health programs in India. Internship Details Duration: 3 months (unpaid internship) Commitment: Remote with possible field coordination (state-level) Outcome: Strong performers will be considered for long-term roles in Jiveesha’s core team (Outreach, Partnerships, CSR relations).
