We are hiring for the role of Automation Engineer with 7- 15 Years of Experience Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track daily equipment downtime to ensure alignment with POR (Plan of Record) targets. Ensure adherence to machine performance metrics and operational matrix. Prepare and present Failure Analysis (FA) reports and participate in F1-level technical review meetings. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and collaborate closely with the AE (Automation Engineering) team for sustaining operations. Track and drive improvements on machine yield and meet equipment tossing and POR yield targets. Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and improve equipment reliability. Required Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting . Understanding of CCD systems and exposure parameter configurations. Strong analytical skills for FA reporting and technical reviews . In-depth knowledge of machine performance metrics and continuous improvement practices. Capable of handling NPI processes and driving yield improvement initiatives . Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-precision manufacturing environments. Hands-on knowledge of automation systems integration and optimization.
