Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in New Delhi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales leads, fostering relationships with potential and existing clients, presenting and demonstrating products, and closing sales deals. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in generating leads and closing deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with clients Knowledge of the uniform and workwear industry, as well as B2B sales processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar sales role is a plus
