Role & responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for D4 aligned with sales and business objectives. Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels. Establish quarterly/annual marketing OKRs (brand visibility, leads generated, partnerships). Build D4s positioning as a thought leader in Manufacturing 5.0. Marketing Execution Own digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SEO) with focus on lead generation. Create and manage marketing collateral (brochures, pitch decks, videos, demos). Drive marketing automation (HubSpot) for lead nurturing. Sales Enablement & Business Development Support the sales team with outreach campaigns, prospect research, and proposal materials. Collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise clients. Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and outbound campaigns. Brand Building & Events Represent D4 at conferences, expos, and webinars (IMTEX, LogiMAT, PharmaTech, ET Supply Chain Summit, etc.). Build partnerships with industry associations, consulting firms, and academic institutions. Enhance D4s social media presence across LinkedIn, Google, and industry forums. Analytics & Reporting Track ROI of marketing campaigns, lead conversion rates, and engagement metrics. Provide dashboards and insights to leadership for continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: 4–7 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, ERP, AI, or Manufacturing Tech. Proven ability to build marketing strategies and manage budgets. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and lead generation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in startup/scale-up environments with end-to-end ownership.
