Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that business needs are accurately represented and met through effective process design and implementation strategies. You will engage in user and task analysis, working closely with teams to facilitate the successful integration of new technologies into existing workflows, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Need is for mapping dealer end-user personas (e.g. field tech) to D365 roles. - D365 roles provided needed permissions for the persona to complete their business. - processes and create custom roles as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance (D365 Security SME) - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques. - Experience with compliance frameworks and security protocols within Microsoft 365. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable process designs. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
