Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Finance processes and recommending improvements Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization Should be able to lead/manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders Worked on all the phases of a typical implementation, incl requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live and Support.
