D365 Functional Consultan

Job Summary

We are looking for a D365 Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to manage and deliver functional implementations on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, user training, and supporting business stakeholders across D365 modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into D365 functional solutions

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business needs

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are correctly implemented

- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and solution documentation

- Support UAT, system testing, and post-go-live activities

- Provide end-user training and functional support

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

- Handle change requests, enhancements, and functional issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant

- Strong understanding of one or more D365 modules such as:

• Finance & Operations
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Supply Chain (preferred)

- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis

- Hands-on experience with D365 configuration and functional customization

- Good understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM workflows

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Exposure to D365 integrations and data migration

- Experience in UAT planning and execution

- Microsoft D365 Functional certification

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
